Welcome to the DMCA Policy page for Techsslaash. My name is Soyaeb, and as the founder of this platform, I hold a deep respect for the intellectual property rights of others. We are committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws.
This page explains the procedure for copyright owners to report alleged infringements, and for users to respond to such claims. We take all claims of copyright infringement seriously.
Our Commitment to Copyright
Techsslaash is a platform built for sharing knowledge and passion for technology. We expect all our contributors, including guest authors, to submit content that is 100% original or for which they have obtained the necessary permissions. We do not condone the unauthorized use of copyrighted material.
For Copyright Owners: How to File a Notification of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner (or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that any content hosted on Techsslaash.com infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notification.
To be effective, your notification must be a written communication sent to our designated Copyright Agent and must include substantially the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works is required.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled. Please provide information reasonably sufficient to permit Techsslaash to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL of the page where the material is found).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Please send your completed DMCA notification to our designated Copyright Agent:
Designated Copyright Agent:

Email: dmca@techsslaash.com
Subject Line: DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, Techsslaash will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including the removal of the challenged material from the website.
For Users: How to File a Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent.
Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in India, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.
If a valid counter-notification is received by our Copyright Agent, Techsslaash may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party, informing them that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at our sole discretion.
We thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
Soyaeb
